Childcare
The Mom's House childcare program has been awarded Three Stars by the State of Ohio's Step Up to Quality Initiative. Children benefit from licensed, child-centered quality care provided by a loving, educated, and dedicated staff. Classrooms have low student-to-teacher ratios and provide children with the skills needed to enter into kindergarten.
Parent Education and Family Wellness Program
Mom's House believes it is crucial to provide a program that encompasses the whole family. It is our goal to support and educate our young parents through their challenges of balancing their own growth and development with responsibile and effective parenting. Parents are required to attend a weekly parenting meeting that covers topics such as child development, health and safety, self-esteem, stress managment, financial and legal issues, and communication skills. In addition, we provide mentoring, counseling, and tutoring on an as needed basis.
